INSTANT, Interoperable Standard for Talent Management, is a model for data exchange for candidate profile exchange and processing. The standard is version controlled and compatible with previous versions for any progress.

INSTANT consist of 3 segmentation.

1. Content Model

Content model defines the Content Model Segments or CMS for INSTANT. Each CMS are with in a context, encapsulated information, and mutually independent, at the same time its always part of a parent CMS roll up to one individual structure.

2. Access Standards

Access Standard defines the standards need to be followed for data access, file transfers, real time processing and security standards.

3. Real Profile Documentation

Real Profile Documentation, RPD, defines the standards for rendering the real documentation in original templates from and to the structured content profile. A Structure Content Profile, SCP, is the JSON/XML formatted candidate profile consist of CMS and wrapped in security as per the defined security standards. RPD has the definitions of templates for real documentations which can be converted to SCP

4. Version Progress

Version Progress is the segment defines the progress of the INSTANT standard version controlling and compatibility information. The Version progress will be discussed and approved in stdHR Finalization Carnivals, an event, open door, online, opportunity to participate for everyone.
